Weiser police arrested Ketra Savannah Siuce-Hale during a drug bust in Weiser Saturday, Today's 6 reported.
In January, prosecutors charged Siuce-Hale with first-degree manslaughter in the stabbing death of Mark Rogers of Payette.
Police have been looking for her since the crime.
