Skiffington Holderness of Boise, who has been serving as Sen. Jim Risch's legislative assistant on financial issues, will become staff director for the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship.

Risch is the ranking member of the committee.

Holderness first worked with Risch during Risch's Senate campaign as a deputy campaign manager. He is a graduate of Centennial High School and Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting.
