The Boise area is about to get another bunch of sandwich restaurants. Togo's, a California-based company, plans to open five sandwich shops in the Boise area.
The restaurants will be run by Boise franchisees Mark and Kiersten Barber. Togo's isn't ready to announce the locations of the shops, but the first is slated to open this summer.
The chain's expansion into Idaho is part of a plan by Togo's to open shops in Portland, Phoenix, Seattle, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City and Boise this year. Togo's has "celebrated 10 consecutive quarters of same-store sales increases," it said in a press release.
