South Carolina Stingrays goaltender Ryan Zapolski earned MVP honors as the ECHL All-Stars defeated the Colorado Golden Eagles 7-3 on Wednesday in Loveland, Colo. Zapolski attended Idaho’s training camp in October. Idaho forward Austin Fyten didn’t score, but he did register a plus/minus rating of plus-2. Sun Valley native Joey Sides had a goal for Colorado.
