A man pulled a gun on two men who tried to serve him civil papers Friday in Boise, police said Monday.
Blake Adan Coria, 36, was still in the Ada County Jail as of Monday afternoon, where he was booked Friday about 10 p.m. on a felony charge of aggravated assault.
Two men called police from a nearby convenience store Friday night and said Coria pointed a gun at them when they went to his home in the 5600 block of West Emerald Street.
The men said Coria threatened them when they tried to serve him papers. Coria was arrested at his home without incident minutes later.
Police did not immediately know what kind of civil case Coria is facing.
