Idaho colleges roundup: Boise State men’s tennis opens with doubleheader sweep

The No. 38-ranked Broncos (2-0, 1-0 MW) defeated Montana and Air Force at the Boas Tennis Center on Saturday, winning 15 of their 18 matches. Garrett Patton and Thomas Tenreiro led the way, picking up singles wins in both matches of the doubleheader. The doubles teams of Patton and Scott Sears, and Toby Mitchell and Filipp Pogostkin also picked up two victories apiece.

COLLEGE OF IDAHO SKIING: The Coyote women finished second overall and the men placed fifth at the Northwest Collegiate Ski Conference slalom qualifier in Chewelah, Wash., on Sunday.
