What’s open and closed Monday for Martin Luther King Jr./Idaho Human Rights Day:

ÆSchools in the Boise, Meridian, Kuna, Nampa, Caldwell, Vallivue and Middleton school districts will be closed. Melba schools will be open.

Æ Boise State University and administrative offices will be closed.

ÆAll county, state and federal offices will be closed. The cities of Boise, Meridian, Kuna, Garden City, Eagle, Star and Nampa will be closed. Caldwell city offices will be open..

ÆAll local libraries in Boise, Eagle, Nampa, Meridian, Garden City and Ada County will be closed.

ÆAllied Waste in Ada and Canyon counties, Sanitary Services in Meridian, J&M Sanitation Service in Kuna and Benjamin’s Rural Disposal in rural Canyon County will run on a regular schedule..

ÆValleyRide city buses will run normal schedules .

ÆPost offices will be closed , and no mail, except Express Mail, will be delivered.

ÆBoise Towne Square and Boise Outlet Mall will be open..

ÆAll state liquor stores will be open. Contract stores may be open.

Æ Bogus Basin will be open..

ÆMost supermarkets will be open.

ÆMost banks will be closed, but some in-store branches may be open. Check with your branch.
