Adults and children age 3 ½-6 are invited to participate in the Story Trail Adventure based on the best-selling children's book, "Stranger in the Woods," 10 to 11 a.m. Feb. 12 at the Foothills Learning Center.
Walk the easy ¼-mile trail at the center while reading the story, then head inside to make a craft related to the book.
Stranger in the Woods by Carl R. Sams II & Jean Stoick uses wildlife photography to tell the story of animals' reactions to a snowman who appears in the woods after a winter storm. The Foothills Learning Center is at 3188 Sunset Peak Road. Admission is free. Call 493-2530 to reserve your spot.
