Twenty-four Idaho companies and the state Department of Commerce are participating in Las Vegas in the world's largest trade show for the recreation technology business.
The Shooting Hunting Outdoor Trade Show and Conference features firearms, ammunition, law enforcement, cutlery, outdoor apparel, optics and related products and services. The show, called SHOT, attracts buyers from across the United States and 100 countries.
Integrity Ballistics, a Boise company that makes a 12-gauge shotgun shell that carries the same stopping impact of other shells but is less lethal, is one of the Idaho companies at the show.
Another Boise company at the show is Lucky Bums, which makes children's outdoor clothing and accessories.
Buck Knives, a Post Falls company that relocated from California in 2005, is also at the show. The company makes most of its products in the United States.
The trade show continues through Friday.
