Wet hardhood on Borah's High School's 4-year-old gym has forced the cancellation of three girls basketball games Saturday.
Borah Athletic Director Vince Mann said the wet floor was discovered Saturday morning during the pre-game shoot-around. A Boise School District maintenance crew spent about four hours working to repair the problem, but Mann said the wetness remained.
"Somehow we have water coming down from the ceiling on the floor," Mann said. "We can't stop it."
Three games are cancelled: The 4:30 p.m. sophomore tilt, the 6 p.m. JV game and the 7:30 varsity contest.
Mann said the games with Rocky Mountain will be rescheduled. The next regular season game at Borah is scheduled for Friday.
