Caldwell Mayor Garret Nancolas will look back at the past year and ahead at his citys future at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Jewett Auditorium on the College of Idaho campus.
Nampa Mayor Tom Dale will give his annual look at city accomplishments and goals during the Nampa Chamber of Commerce luncheon Wednesday at the Nampa Civic Center, 311 3rd St. St. The lunch starts at 11:15 a.m., and Dales speech Our People, Our Progress, and Our Path Forward is slated to begin around 12:15 p.m. Lunch costs $15; register by the end of the business day Friday by e-mailing reservations@nampa.com or by calling Dawn at 466-4641, ext. 101.
The Caldwell event Tuesday is free, but those who plan to attend are asked to RSVP by the end of the day Friday by e-mailing skrajnik@caldwellchamber.org or calling 459-7293. Light hors doeuvres will be served after the program, which is expected to last until 5:30 p.m.
Nancolas has headed Caldwell city government since 1998, and Dale has been mayor of Nampa since 2002. Both men served as City Council members before running for mayor.
