City of Boise is requesting a recommendation from the Design Review Committee to the Planning and Zoning Commission on the adoption of new Citywide Design Guidelines and accompanying ordinance language. (Deferred from the Nov. 14 and Dec. 12 hearings.)

State of Idaho is requesting a design review for a 580-space, six-story structured parking garage and reconfiguration of an existing 54-space surface parking lot in a L-OD (limited office with design review) zone at 602 and 608 Washington St. and 611 N. 6th St.
