The C of I improved to 8-9, 4-3 Cascade Conference. C OF I women’s basketball: The No. 22 Coyotes overcame a hot shooting night by Corban to defeat the Warriors 73-71 in overtime. Laura Geis led the C of I (10-5, 6-1 Cascade) with a game-high 18 points. C OF I SWIMMING: The women’s team improved its dual-meet record to 6-2 by beating Cal Tech 112-87 and Augsburg 131-40 on Friday in Pasadena, Calif. The men’s team, with just three swimmers, lost to Cal Tech 129-54.
