Steelheads’ Dowling named ECHL All-Star starter

Justin Dowling will be one of three starting forwards in the All-Star Game on Jan. 23 in Loveland, Colo. Dowling came into Wednesday’s game at Bakersfield tied for second in the league with 42 points (11 goals, 31 assists). The starting lineup was determined in voting by league coaches, team captains and media directors, broadcasters and media.
