A Boise man was arrested after he threw a bottle at a man and then punched him at a Downtown Boise bar early Tuesday.
Police took Joseph P. Ryan, 28, into custody on a charge of aggravated battery.
Ryan threw a glass bottle at the victim, which caused a deep cut in his forehead, police said. Witnesses told police that Ryan punched the victim after the victim was on the ground.
