Police investigate rash of broken car windows in east Boise

Police are trying to figure out who broke windshields and windows on as many as 10 cars over the weekend in east Boise near Timberline High School.

The first report of broken windows was called into Boise Police around 10 a.m. Saturday from a victim in the 800 block of east Denise Street, which is located just off Apple Street.

Police say that some Christmas lights in the neighborhood were also damaged.
