The parking garage at the Boise Airport was closed for about two hours Monday morning as Boise police investigated a report of a suspicious package which turned out to be a cardboard box.
The report was called into Ada County dispatchers just before 9 a.m. and Boise Airport officials closed the parking garage moments later. The Boise police bomb squad arrived a short time later and began their investigation.
It took police about two hours to determine the box, and the contents inside, were not a threat. Officials reopened the garage to traffic around 11:15 a.m. Airport officials did not say what was found inside the box.
