Eastbound lanes of I-84 are open again

Published: December 29, 2012

Emergency crews have been responding to multiple weather-related crashes in Ada County, but the eastbound lanes of I-84 between Cloverdale and the Eagle on-ramp that were closed for more than an hour Saturday night, were reopened at about 9:30 p.m.

Between 5 and 9 p.m., Ada County Sheriff dispatchers received calls for 13 crashes, three rollovers and four slide-offs. There were no injuries in any of the crashes, said Andrea Dearden, spokeswoman for the Sheriff's Department.

Law enforcement is still urging drivers to be extremely careful if they have to be out on the roads.
