The owners of four of five snowboards stolen at Bogus Basin Thursday have been identified.
Garden City police were trying to identify them after officials caught a teenager stealing the equipment at the ski area.
The owners are expected to be reunited with their boards next week after Boise County prosecutors give police the OK.
The thefts occurred in that county's jurisdiction, but no reports had been filed as of Friday morning, which prompted police to issue a public plea.
The suspect is a teenager who was released to his parents' custody. His name has not been released. Police say he faces several theft charges.
The owner of the fifth snowboard had not yet been identified as of Friday night. Anyone with information is asked to call the Boise County Sheriff's Office at (208) 392-4411.
