COLLEGE OF IDAHO WOMENS BASKETBALL: Laura Geis scored 19 points and added 11 rebounds as the Coyotes ran their win streak to three with a 76-58 victory over Evergreen State in Caldwell. Felicity Jones added 15 points and five assists, and the Coyotes (9-5, 5-1 Cascade Conference) made 19-of-22 free throws.
C OF I MENS BASKETBALL: The Coyotes defeated Evergreen State 81-69 in Caldwell. Sydney Donaldson and Miguel Rodriguez each recorded career-highs in scoring with 21 and 19 points, respectively, as the C of I (7-8, 3-3 CCC) shot 51 percent from the field.
IDAHO STATE MENS BASKETBALL: The Bengals rallied but then couldnt hold on in a 57-54 loss to Eastern Washington in Cheney, Wash. Melvin Morgan led Idaho State (1-9, 0-2 Big Sky) with 14 points, while Ayibakuro Preh had 10 points and 10 rebounds.
ISU WOMENS BASKETBALL: Poor shooting doomed the Bengals in a 61-55 loss to Eastern Washington in Pocatello. Jessa Jeppesen led ISU (6-4, 1-1 Big Sky) with 11 points.
