Zoo Boise's new Patas monkeys, 23-month-old DJ and 15-month-old Kibibi (pictured), check out their new surroundings on Thursday morning. The sisters flew in from Syracuse, NY on Wednesday night and will be companions for the Zoo's lone Patas, Incas, who's previous companion, Cratey. was killed by a burglar who broke into the zoo.

Boise's two new Patas monkeys arrived on a Delta Airlines flight Wednesday night at 11 p.m. and are now in their new zoo home.

The two females, 23-month-old DJ and Kibibi, 15 months, appear to be in good health, zoo director Steve Burns said.

DJ and Kibibi will spend a month separated from other animals at the zoo, Burns said. After that, they'll be introduced to Incas, the adult male Patas monkey who survived a November break-in at the zoo that resulted in the death of Incas' companion Cratey.

If all goes well, Incas and DJ could breed, zoo officials said.
