A man with a bandanna over his face robbed a bank in Garden City Monday just before 5 p.m.
Employees at Bank of the Cascades, 4128 N. Adams St., told police a man in his late 20s walked inside and demanded money from the tellers before fleeing with an undisclosed amount of cash. He may have left eastbound on foot. The robber did not display a weapon, and no one was injured.
Officers searched the area but did not find a suspect.
The robber is described as 5-foot-11 with a thin build. He wore blue jeans, a dark hooded sweatshirt and a red t-shirt with a green bandana over his face. He also wore sunglasses.
