A noodle restaurant and a dental practice are opening this month at The Village at Meridian, the new shopping center going up on the northeast corner of Fairview Avenue and Eagle Road.
Meridian Smiles Dentistry and My Kids Dentist & Orthodontics are a single practice operating as two separate but cooperative clinics, serving different target audiences. The practice is open at 2274 N. Eagle Road in front of Gordmans.
The restaurant, Noodles & Co., will open Dec. 17 in the same building in front of the new Nike Factory Outlet store. It's the first Noodles & Co in Idaho. The company operates more than 300 restaurants nationwide serving noodles, sandwiches and salads.
I am thrilled at the success our tenants have seen so far and excited to see The Village become a bonafide community gathering place, said Hugh Crawford, general manager of the $300 million shopping center, which is owned by CenterCal Properties LLC.
Retailers that have opened since late summer include Big Als, Gordmans, Marshalls, Petco, Gap Factory Outlet, Nike Factory Store and Chick-Fil-A. When complete, The Village at Meridian will include a 15-screen theater and a park with a fountain.
