• Stop by Ming Building creative cluster at Myrtle and Sixth streets for the annual Block Party and Holiday Open House from 5:30 to 10 p.m. At Boise Art Glass you can watch demonstrations, make your own ornament ($40 for 30 minutes), listen to Boise musician Alex Richard and get discounts at the gift shop, pictured. Check out the creative flow neighbors Classic Design Studio, Rocket Neon and Bricolage, too.

• Celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Gypsy Gallery from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at 213 10th St. You’ll see work in a variety of media from Gypsies Zella Bardsley, Julie Clemons, Pam McKnight, work pictured right, Jenifer Gilliland, Kevin Flynn and Amber Day, Cherry Woodbury, founder Marianne Konvalinka and special guests.

• Stop in at the Boise Sesqui-Shop, 1008 Main St., the official interpretive center for the Boise 150 celebration. It will contain a gallery and gift shop. This month, you can stop by and share your stories of people who make up Boise’s history.
