Wild Shamrock LLP seeks a rezone of 11 acres at 12449 W. Franklin Road from R-2D (combined residential with design review) to M-1D (limited industrial with design review), and also seeks a conditional-use permit for planned development comprising 82,000 square feet of flex warehouse and office space in four buildings. A use exception for a 5,500-square-foot convenience store with gasoline service is included. The 11-acre site is located in a proposed M-1D (limited industrial with design review) zone. In a related request, Lindale Subdivision seeks a proposed preliminary plat for an industrial subdivision with five buildable lots. The property is on the southwest corner of West Franklin Road and North Cloverdale Road.

Iron Mountain Real Estate LLC seeks a conditional-use permit for a 56-unit planned residential development comprising 14 four-plex buildings. The 3.8-acre site is at 826 N. Maple Grove Road in a L-OD (limited office with design review) zone. In a related request, Asheville Subdivision seeks a proposed preliminary plat for a residential subdivision with 14 buildable duplex lots and two common lots with a private street. In a related request, Dropzone Subdivision seeks a proposed preliminary plat for a mixed single-family and multifamily residential subdivision with 77 buildable lots and six common lots in an R-1C zone on 19 acres, on the east side of North Cloverdale Road a quarter-mile south of West Ustick Road.
