San Francisco drops BSU women

SAN FRANCISCO — Lauren Lenhardt scored a team-high 19 points, but the Broncos lost to the Dons 75-61. Boise State (3-2) cut a 25-5 deficit to five points early in the second half, but couldn’t come all the way back. Mel Khlok hit six 3s and scored 26 for San Francisco (3-2).

Idaho State men lose heartbreaker

SALT LAKE CITY — After Chris Fowler forced Idaho State’s Tomas Sanchez to turn the ball over, Kyle Randall hit an 18-foot jumper with 0.5 seconds left to send Central Michigan (3-2) to a last-second 54-52 victory over the Bengals (0-5) at the Utah Thanksgiving Tournament. Chris Hansen led Idaho State (0-5) with 12 points.
