Boise Police ask for public's help to find missing man

Boise Police are searching for David Szwec, 56, whose family reported him missing after he failed to return from a shopping trip Friday.

At this time, there's no evidence of foul play, but Szwec's family members told officers he has a medical issue that is a concern.

Szwec is 5'3", 135 pounds. He has blue eyes, brown hair and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a dark brown shirt, blue jeans, and a black fleece jacket.

Szwac was last known to be driving a white 1996 Chevrolet C15 pickup truck with Idaho - Ada County license plates. He was last seen around 10 a.m. Friday when he left home on the Bench reportedly headed to the shopping district near N. Milwaukee St. and W Franklin Rd.

Officers have searched and have been unable to locate him.
