Your holiday spirit will light up as you wander through a twinkling forest of more than 80 dazzling Christmas trees at the Saint Alphonsus Festival of Trees. Each year, trees are decorated by a bevy of community elves and angels from area businesses, volunteer groups and schools. The event kicks off Nov. 21 with a glittering gala that will benefit emergency-room expansion. You’ll find enduring traditions such as “Breakfast with Santa,” the talking trees, the gift shop, interactive train exhibit and fashion show.
