MOSCOW Cole Darling scored 18 points, freshman JT Yoho had 17 off the bench and Wright State rode a strong first half over Idaho in the season opener for both teams. The Raiders overcame Idahos 54 percent shooting effort by making 17-of-19 free throws and committing only six turnovers. Kyle Barone had 18 points and nine rebounds to lead the Vandals, whose only leads were 2-0 and 10-8.
LEWIS-CLARK STATE 82, COLLEGE OF IDAHO 70
LEWISTON P.J. Bolte led all scorers with 29 points and grabbed nine rebounds as Lewis-Clark State beat the College of Idaho in the Clearwater River Casino & Resort Invite. Guard Rodney Delgardo scored 16 points on 7-of-11 shooting for the Coyotes (1-3).

BOISE STATE 80, UTAH VALLEY 63
OREM, Utah Lauren Lenhardt recorded her sixth career double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds as the Broncos won their season opener. Lenhardt also had three blocks and a steal while shooting 8-of-12 from the field. Boise State used an 18-1 run in the first half to pull away for the win. Brandi Henton added 17 points and three rebounds for the Broncos, and Erica Martinez had 10 points, six rebounds, five assists and one block.
WYOMING 86, IDAHO 53
LARAMIE, Wyo. The Vandals made just 22.2 percent of their shots in the second half and lost their season opener. Christina Salvatore was the only player for Idaho to reach double figures in scoring, finishing with 12 points on 5-of-12 shooting.
KANSAS STATE 62, IDAHO STATE 54
MANHATTAN, Kan. The Bengals lost their season opener as both teams struggled on offense. Senior forward Ashleigh Vella led Idaho State with 12 points. Vella also had eight rebounds and three steals. Kansas State went on a 10-2 run to begin the second half.

SALT LAKE CITY Katelin Shannon scored 15 points to lead four C of I scorers in double figures as the Coyotes improved to 3-0 on the year. The C of I will face No. 5 Westminster on Saturday in its final game in the Westminster Fall Classic.
NORTHWEST NAZARENE 80, FRESNO PACIFIC 67
FRESNO, Calif. Chelsie Luke scored 17 points to lead five Crusaders in double figures as Northwest Nazarene won its season opener. The two teams will play again Saturday in Fresno.
