Get ready for the colder temperatures in the Boise area, but don't bundle up too much. Temperatures are expected to increase again next week.

The National Weather Service is predicting a clear, sunny day on Saturday with a high near 40. Light wind from the northwest is expected in the morning, followed by a mostly clear night with a low of 22.

Veterans Day will see increasing clouds, but the high is again expected to hover around 40.

Monday brings a 30 percent chance of snow in the Boise area and a predicted high of 46. The high temperature is expected to creep up to 51 on Wednesday.

There's no snow on Bogus Basin, but the Sun Valley Ski Resort web camera shows 8 inches there.
