Connor Hill scored 18 points to lead the Vandals to a 92-75 win over Central Washington on Friday night in Moscow. Kyle Barone, who was suspended indefinitely before the season, scored 16 points. He was one of four players in double digits for Idaho.
IDAHO WOMENS BASKETBALL: The Vandals defeated Eastern Oregon 93-62 in an exhibition game. Alyssa Charlston didnt miss a shot from the field, going 8-for-8 and finishing with game-highs of 21 points and seven rebounds.
IDAHO STATE SOCCER: The Bengals advanced to the Big Sky Tournament championship with a win over Weber State. Tied 1-1 after regulation, ISU clinched the victory in a shootout (4-3). The Bengals face Montana at 1 p.m. Sunday for a spot in the NCAA Tournament.
COLLEGE OF IDAHO VOLLEYBALL: The Coyotes rallied for a 20-25, 25-13, 18-25, 25-23, 15-13 victory over Southern Oregon in Caldwell. The C of I (18-6, 15-2 CCC) clinched its seventh straight regular season title with its 70th consecutive home conference victory. The Coyotes will host the Cascade Conference Championships next Friday and Saturday.
C OF I MENS SOCCER: Emilio Yomaha recorded a hat trick in the second half, lifting the Coyotes to a 3-0 win over Oregon Tech at home. John French had seven saves in his college debut to earn the shutout for the C of I (3-10-4, 3-8-2 CCC).
NORTHWEST NAZARENE WOMENS BASKETBALL: Kylee Schierman, Megan Hingston and Katie Swanson combined for 38 second-half points, and the Crusaders beat Montana Tech 81-67 in an exhibition game in Nampa.
