I have the leadership qualities Idaho needs to build a strong economy, improve education and insist on stronger ethics. We need to invest in new startups, and support entrepreneurs who are creating innovative jobs in our state. We can do better at broadening the job market; creating higher paying, more diverse job opportunities. We need to stop focusing on the lemons and reach higher to bring the Apples of the world to Idaho I have the strength, intelligence and charisma to do that.
Idaho can have a strong, robust economy. But to do so, we need a Legislature that works together, great schools that invest in innovative ways of teaching, clean affordable energy, and a tax code that benefits everyone. My opponent lacks the vision to move Idaho forward. He does not want to work collaboratively and will do nothing more than agree with the GOP leadership, wasting taxpayer dollars and time.
Idaho doesnt need another rubber stamp. If you want to see economic prosperity, students getting a great education and transparency in government, vote for me.
I will work hard to increase Idahos investment in pre-K or Head Start. Studies show that children who go to Head Start are more likely to graduate from high school and go on to college. I will work to adequately fund K-12 education. Children need a good education in order to reach their potential and have a successful life. Our schools need high speed broadband in every classroom so that whatever technology a district chooses, it will actually work.
I am running in District 21 for state representative because I have the skills and knowledge to move Idaho in the right direction. I will work across the aisle to get Idaho moving forward. The most important thing you can do is get out and vote. I, Erin Zaleski, ask for your vote on Nov 6.
Erin Zaleski, a Boise Democrat, is a candidate for House Seat B in legislative District 21.
