The Grizzlies defeated the Steelheads 5-4 in a shootout in West Valley City, Utah. Veteran Adrian Foster scored his first two goals with Idaho, and defensemen Matt Case and Jeremie Blain also scored for the Steelheads (5-2-1). Goalie Josh Robinson (3-0-1) took the loss after stopping 42 shots.
