Boise State won the first set 25-20, but Wyoming won the next three 25-20, 25-20, 25-23 to claim the victory. Alyssa Gamel led the Broncos with her 12th double-double of the year (15 kills, 11 digs).

BOISE STATE MEN’S TENNIS: Andy Bettles lost to New Mexico’s Sam Iftikhar 6-3, 2-6, 6-1 in the semifinal round at the Mountain Regional Championships in Las Vegas. In doubles, Bettles and Nathan Sereke defeated the No. 1 seed from Denver before losing in the semifinals to a team from UNLV.

IDAHO STATE WOMEN’S SOCCER: The Bengals defeated North Dakota 3-0 on Saturday. The win clinched a share of the conference title and earned Idaho State (11-5-1, 6-2-1) the right to host the conference tournament Nov. 2. It is ISU’s first regular-season title since 2006.

COLLEGE OF IDAHO MEN’S SOCCER: The Coyotes played No. 17 Concordia to a 1-1 draw in Portland. Michael Meyer scored C of I’s goal.

C OF I WOMEN’S SOCCER: Northwest University defeated the Coyotes 2-0 in Kirkland, Wash.

NORTHWEST NAZARENE CROSS COUNTRY: The men’s and women’s teams finished in seventh place at the Great Northwest Athletic Conference meet in Monmouth, Ore.

NNU VOLLEYBALL: No. 15 Western Washington defeated the Crusaders 25-10, 25-10 25-16 in Bellingham, Wash. NNU men’s soccer: Western Washington defeated the Crusaders 4-3 in overtime in Nampa.
