Coby Karl was signed to the training camp roster, which now stands at 19 players, Portland announced Sunday night. Karl played last season in Italy’s Serie A league. He has played 24 games in the NBA with the Los Angeles Lakers, Golden State and Cleveland. Karl, who played for Boise State from 2003 to 2007, has also competed in the NBA Development League with the Idaho Stampede and the Los Angeles D-Fenders. Karl averaged 18.6 points per game in 65 D-League games.
