Boise fire crews put out a garage fire early Monday in the McMillan/Cloverdale roads neighborhood before it could spread to the rest of the house.
Fire crews were sent to a home in the 1200 block of west Engelmann Drive at 5:17 a.m. and arrived to find an active fire in a three car garage. Crews called for a second alarm.
Crews were able to knock down the blaze before it spread to the attic of the home. A small portion of the house on the first floor did sustain some fire damage, officials said Monday morning.
No one was injured in the fire. Investigators were still at the home as of 8:30 a.m. trying to determine what caused the fire.
