CAPITAL 49, VALLIVUE 14

Makena Simis threw five TDs and completed 12-of-17 passes for 282 yards for Capital. Simis was 7-of-8 with four TDs in the first half. Dylan Hale caught six passes for 101 yards and three TDs and Tarik Littlejohn had three catches for 91 yards, including an 82-yarder in the second quarter. Vallivue’s Kado Johnson had 159 yards on 35 carries with one TD.

EAGLE 20, CENTENNIAL 17

JT Williams completed 17-of-26 passes for 237 yards and one TD for Eagle — a 45-yarder to Marcus Lenhardt in the third quarter that gave Eagle the lead for good. Lenhardt finished with six receptions for 97 yards and Layne Leisten made field goals of 33 and 22 yards for Eagle. Darian Seifert threw for 208 yards and one TD for Centennial.

MIDDLETON 30, KUNA 28

Three touchdowns were scored in the last 2:08 of the fourth quarter as Middleton pulled out a frenetic victory at Kuna. Walker Orr caught a 4-yard pass over the middle from Jake Skinner with 3 seconds left for the game-winner as Middleton marched 80 yards in 1:23. Middleton’s Victor Dias rushed for 94 yards and two TDs, while Skinner threw for 154 yards and two TDs.

TWIN FALLS 38, NAMPA 15

Kade Wilcox threw for 143 yards for Nampa, but the Bulldogs were blown out in the Magic Valley. Justin Byce gained 170 rushing yards and two TDs for Twin Falls, which had 358 rushing yards.

SKYVIEW 46, MOUNTAIN HOME 7

Skyview only scored one offensive TD in the first half but led 39-0 thanks to special teams and defensive contributions. Skyview scored via kickoff return (Kyle Cothern, 92 yards), field goal (Tin Mohike, 21 yards), interception return (Taylor Chapman, 57 yards, and Gunnar Salois, 45 yards) and fumble return (Cothern, 39 yards).

COLUMBIA 50, CALDWELL 6

Austin Schaffer and Mario Jenkins ganged up on Caldwell, combining for 260 rushing yards and five TDs. Schaffer also connected with Jenkins for a 56-yard TD pass.

PAYETTE 30, NYSSA (ORE.) 16

Payette QB Clint Blackwell completed 19-of-35 passes for 317 yards and three TDs as the Pirates kept Nyssa, Ore., scoreless in the second half. Chase Poe led Payette with eight catches for 200 yards and two TDs.

MCCALL-DONNELLY 24, GRANGEVILLE 22

McCall-Donnelly took down the defending state champions with a 17-point second quarter that included a 55-yard field goal by Cesar Montes. Matt Henggeler threw two TDs and ran for another for the Vandals.

MARSING 29, GLENNS FERRY 0

Marsing gained 142 yards on the ground, and Austin Williams completed 11-of-19 passes for 141 yards and two TDs. Williams was also Marsing’s leading rusher with 125 yards on 13 carries with one touchdown. Justin Glenn had eight tackles with one sack for Marsing.

GARDEN VALLEY 36, IDAHO CITY 20

Garden Valley jumped out to a 20-0 lead in the first quarter and was never threatened. Jono Lawler scored two touchdowns for Garden Valley, while JD Fuhriman carried 14 times for 130 yards and a TD.

NOTUS 38, HARPER (ORE.) 0

Devin Krasowski scored three TDs, rushed for 148 yards and had 21 tackles.
