Caldwell police arrested Juan Pablo Perales-Venegas, 37, of Parma, at his place of employment Thursday morning. He was charged with lewd conduct with a minor child under 16.

Police received a report that an adult man had forced a 7-year-old boy to touch him in the restroom of the Canyon County Drivers License Office at 6107 Graye Ln. in Caldwell. Video from security cameras in the building helped detectives identify Juan Perales-Venegas as the alleged offender.

Police said they don't believe there are more victims. Perales-Venegas was in custody at the Canyon County Jail.
