Want to help Boise improve the Greenbelt? Volunteers needed to conduct survey

Published: September 4, 2012

Boise officials are looking to get feedback from Greenbelt users to identify needs and to guide management decisions.

The city is asking for volunteers to conduct surveys along the path on Tuesday, Sept. 18, and Saturday, Sept. 22. Volunteers will work in teams of two and three for four-hour shifts.

Here are the shifts they're looking to fill: 7 a.m.-11 a.m., 11 a.m.-3 p.m., and 3 p.m.-6 p.m.

To sign up online, go to bit.ly/IOmN8R and type “Boise Greenbelt Survey” in the search box, or contact Jerry Pugh, Boise Parks & Recreation's volunteer coordinator, via email at jpugh@cityofboise.org, or by calling (208) 608-7617.
