For the second night in a row, Boise banged out 17 hits and scored 11 runs in hammering the Vancouver Canadians 11-5.
Albert Almora went 4-for-5 with two doubles and two RBIs, while TreyMartin and Willson Contreras had three hits apiece. Stephen Bruno had a pair of hits to extend his hitting streak to 14 games for the Hawks, who reduced their magic number for clinching a playoff spot to two games.
Hayden Simpson struck out seven in five innings to earn his second win.
