Gov. Butch Otter will give an address to the business community at a Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce luncheon on Tuesday, Aug. 21.

Otter will discuss the state's economy, tax policy, education, transportation and government services. The luncheon is planned for noon at the Boise Centre, 850 W. Front St. The cost is $35 for chamber members through Thursday, Aug. 16 and $45 after that. Nonmember cost is $45 through Thursday, Aug. 16 and $55 after that. Register online at www.boisechamber.org.
