Redshirt sophomore Taylor Kelly of Eagle is leading the quarterback race for the Sun Devils.

According to azcentral.com, Kelly will be getting most of the first-team reps this week.

“By no means do we think that anybody’s out of the competition,” coach Todd Graham said. “We have this week, and Saturday’s scrimmage is going to be big, but right now, throughout the camp, Taylor’s the guy who has managed the ball the best. And I’ll be real honest with you: Coming in, he wasn’t.”

Graham added that redshirt freshman Michael Eubank and sophomore Mike Bercovici are both “nipping” at Kelly’s heels.
