Todd Cooper, business banking area manager for Southwest Idaho, has been named Idaho region business banking manager for Wells Fargo & Co.

Matthew E. Gilgen was promoted to assistant vice president branch manager and commercial loan officer at the Boise’s West State Street Branch of D.L. Evans Bank.
