RECOGNITION

Judge N. Randy Smith of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has been inducted into the Idaho Hall of Fame.

The Home Partnership Foundation, a nonprofit arm of the Idaho Housing and Finance Association, was honored for its Avenues for Hope Housing Challenge. The fundraising campaign won a Grand Award in the 2012 Apex Awards for Publication Excellence.
