Vance Baldwin, 48, of Pine, was killed Friday afternoon in an off-road vehicle crash near Rocky Bar in Elmore County.
According the Elmore County Sheriff’s Office, Baldwin was traveling on Rocky Bar Road about a half-mile south of James Creek Road when his vehicle left the road and continued down a 30-foot embankment. Baldwin was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene.
