Neon Oasis, a three-day music festival slated to start Friday at Captain Harry’s Oasis Event Center near Mountain Home has been moved to Mardi Gras, 615 S. 9th St., in Boise. The event at 9 p.m. tonight.
The Elmore County Sheriff’s dispatcher confirmed the event was shut down, but would not say why.
