Friday is Military/Veteran Appreciation Day at the Canyon County Fair, and the day also features one of the fairs most popular events, Hogs n Mud wrestling.
The messy event, sponsored by Specific Steel, is set for 6 p.m. in the rodeo arena of the Caldwell fairgrounds.
Friday nights concert, free with paid admission to the fair, features country music singer Sara Evans at 8 p.m. on the Main Stage.
