Backyard tomato plants are at their most productive right now, meaning that gardeners (and their co-workers and neighbors) are looking for ways to use the bounty. This week, we'll share a few ideas for using fresh tomatoes. Today's comes from Food Network's Claire Robinson.
INGREDIENTS:
6 large, ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced (juices reserved)
6 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice, plus wedges
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons extra-spicy horseradish
2 teaspoons kosher salt, plus sea salt, for serving
