Trustee A.J. Balukoff will keep his seat on the Boise School District Board. Troy Rohn and Maria Greeley will fill vacant seats.

The district is canceling its board election scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 4 because the number of applicants matched the number of open seats.

According to Idaho State statute (IC 33-502B), when the number of candidates matches the number of vacant positions, no election is required. The three trustees will join the board Sept. 10.
