A two-hour power outage caused significant traffic delays Tuesday and put officers on the streets directing traffic Tuesday afternoon in Eagle.
Power went out to almost 1,000 customers at 4:16 p.m. and was fully restored by 6:08 p.m., according to Idaho Power.
The Ada County sheriff's office reported significant delays on Eagle Road between Highway 44 and Colchester Drive in Eagle during the outage.
The outage was caused by a faulty switch in an underground line, according to Idaho Power.
